It&#8217;s from  a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phantomranch.net\/folkdanc\/articles\/hokeypokey.htm\">&#8220;Washington Post Style Invitational contest that asked readers to submit &#8220;instructions&#8221; for something (anything), but written in the style of a famous person.
